Tycoon Tower: The Tallest Skyscraper in Egypt's New Capital
Tycoon Tower is the centerpiece of Egypt's new administrative capital city under construction east of Cairo. At 350 meters (1,148 feet) tall with 77 stories, Tycoon Tower will be the tallest building in Egypt once completed. It is being developed by Middle East's leading real estate developer, Makky Holding, in partnership with Egypt's New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
Tycoon Tower will be a mixed-use development comprising offices, residences, hotels, commercial spaces, and recreational amenities. It will feature high-end Class A offices, luxury apartments and penthouses, a five-star hotel, retail shops, F&B outlets, and rooftop gardens with stunning views of the new capital city. Tycoon Tower aims to be a landmark icon and a global symbol of Egypt's thriving real estate market.
The new administrative capital city is a key project of Egypt's strategic development plan. It will serve as a second center of government and business, helping to reduce overpopulation and urban congestion in Cairo. The city is being purposefully built to foster economic opportunity, improve standards of living, and boost investor confidence in Egypt.
Tycoon Tower will be completed in phases starting from 2023. Its prime location in the heart of the new capital city, combined with its impressive height and distinctive design, will make it a sought-after destination for businesses, residents, and visitors alike. Once completed, Tycoon Tower will play an important role in cementing the new capital city as a leading commercial and financial hub in the region.
Tycoon Tower symbolizes Egypt's aspirations for progress, modernity, and sustainable development. It will be a shining beacon of hope, not just for Egypt but for the entire Arab world.
