Senet Mall is a concept development project located in the New Capital of Egypt. The project is aimed at creating a modern shopping mall that caters to the growing demand for retail and entertainment facilities in the area. The mall will feature a range of retail outlets, including fashion brands, food and beverage outlets, and entertainment facilities such as cinemas and children's play areas.

The development will also include ample parking space, green spaces, and outdoor seating areas. The project is designed to be environmentally friendly and will incorporate sustainable features such as solar panels and water conservation measures.

The mall is being developed by a consortium of investors led by Senet Development, a company with extensive experience in real estate development in Egypt. As a lawyer, my role will be to assist the developers in navigating the legal requirements for the project, including obtaining the necessary permits and licenses from government authorities, negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. My goal will be to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all legal requirements.
