Edge Holding has announced the launch of Oia Towers, a new mixed-use development in the heart of New Capital City. The project is set to become a key landmark in the new capital, featuring a selection of luxury residential apartments, offices, retail and leisure space, and a five-star hotel.
The development is spread across an area of 35,000 square metres, with an impressive height of 135 metres. Oia Towers will include two towers, one of which will feature a garden terrace on the upper floors, providing breathtaking views of the city.
The towers will be connected by a podium structure which will feature a range of amenities, including a shopping mall, a fitness centre, a spa, and a range of restaurants and cafes. The development also includes a five-star hotel, which will provide a range of luxury accommodation options.
The development is designed to be energy-efficient, with a range of sustainable features, such as solar energy panels and rainwater harvesting, incorporated into the design.
