Dubai Development New Capital Egypt has recently announced the launch of its latest project, Obsidier Tower, in the heart of Egypt's new administrative capital. The tower is set to become a new landmark in the city, offering luxurious residential and commercial spaces.
The Obsidier Tower is a 60-story skyscraper that will feature 1,200 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The tower will also have 120 hotel rooms, 120 serviced apartments, and 120 offices, making it a mixed-use development that caters to a diverse range of needs.
The tower's design is inspired by the ancient Egyptian obelisks, which were tall, four-sided, narrow tapering monuments that were erected in ancient Egypt over 4,000 years ago. The tower's facade will be made of black granite, giving it a sleek and modern look that is reminiscent of the ancient obelisks.
The tower will also feature a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and a rooftop garden. There will also be a shopping mall, restaurants, and cafes on the ground floor, making it a one-stop destination for residents and visitors alike.
