The Nile Business City (NBC) is a major development project in the new administrative capital of Egypt, located 45 km east of Cairo. The project is a joint venture between the Egyptian government and the UAE-based real estate developer Eagle Hills. The project is expected to be completed by 2021.
The project includes the construction of a business district, residential areas, a retail and leisure area, and a large park. The business district will feature office towers, a financial center, a convention center, and a technology park. The residential area will include a mix of apartments, villas, and townhouses. The retail and leisure area will feature shopping malls, entertainment centers, and a cinema complex. The large park will have gardens, playgrounds, and a lake.
The project is expected to create more than 200,000 jobs and will be a major driver of economic growth in Egypt. It will also attract foreign investment, which is expected to boost the country's economy.
