The Monorail Tower is a mixed-use development that combines residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces. The tower will stand at 300 meters tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in Egypt. It will have 70 floors, with the first 10 floors dedicated to commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, and restaurants.
The residential units will be located on the upper floors, with a total of 500 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. The apartments will offer stunning views of the surrounding area, including the Green River and the Central Park. The tower will also have a five-star hotel with 200 rooms, a spa, and a rooftop pool.
One of the unique features of the Monorail Tower is its monorail system, which will connect the tower to other parts of the New Administrative Capital. The monorail will run through the tower's center, providing residents and visitors with a convenient and efficient mode of transportation.
