The tower will be home to a mix of commercial and residential spaces, including a luxury hotel, offices, and apartments. The hotel will occupy the top floors of the building, providing guests with stunning views of the New Capital and the surrounding area.

One of the most unique features of Kanyon Tower is its vertical gardens. These lush green spaces will be integrated into the facade of the building, providing a natural oasis for residents and visitors.
