East Tower New Capital is an upcoming high-end real estate development located in Northeast Cairo, Egypt. It is situated in the new administrative capitol region of New Cairo and lies east of the proposed diplomatic quarter. The project is jointly owned by two major developers - SODIC and Tony Habre - and is set to become one of the biggest real estate developments in the history of Cairo.
The project will include a mix of residential, commercial and retail areas totaling over 3 million square meters. There will be 28 towers on the site, with the tallest tower reaching heights of up to 70 floors. This will provide over 11,000 apartments, making it one of the most sought-after locations for luxury residences in the region. In addition, there will be multiple office buildings, a large shopping mall, a five-star hotel, a mosque, health club, and a variety of restaurants and cafes.
The development is expected to have a positive economic impact on the region by creating thousands of employment opportunities for local people. Environmental sustainability has been taken into consideration during the development process, with the use of low-energy lighting, green-friendly materials, and renewable energy sources.
