3 Point Mall is a commercial development located in Alborouj Misr, a new residential and administrative capital being developed in Egypt. The mall is being developed by Al Ahly Sabbour, a leading real estate developer in Egypt.

The mall is spread over an area of 13,000 square meters and will have three floors. It will feature over 100 shops, including international and local brands, a hypermarket, a food court, and a cinema complex. The mall will also have a dedicated kids' zone and a family entertainment center.

The mall's design is inspired by the concept of a "three-point" star, with three wings extending from a central atrium. The atrium will be a focal point of the mall, with a large skylight allowing natural light to flood the space.

The mall is strategically located in the heart of Alborouj Misr, adjacent to the main entrance of the residential area. It is easily accessible from the main roads and highways, making it convenient for residents and visitors.

The mall is expected to open in 2022 and is set to become a major shopping and entertainment destination in the new capital city of Egypt.
